Establishing HR Efficiency Metrics

Our third chapter in the People Analytics Series focused on establishing HR efficiency metrics. We were fortunate to once again be joined by Patti Phillips, Chair of i4cp’s People Analytics Board and President & CEO of the ROI Institute.

Meeting Objectives: Define, discuss and level set what efficiency metrics are, which ones are the most important to track, and how they are being used.
