FAQs About Executive Boards
Board membership includes year-round access to a vendor-free community of senior HR leaders, in-person and virtual Board meetings, small-group working sessions, rapid-response hot topic discussions, curated i4cp research, practical tools and frameworks, and direct engagement with an experienced Board Chair and research team.
Boards meet twice per year in person and four times virtually, with additional ad hoc flash calls and working sessions throughout the year. The full schedule is set in advance.
Membership is designed for senior HR leaders (e.g., CHROs and HRLT members) from leading organizations of at least 10,000 employees or more.
Members get the most value by attending as many of the 6+ meetings per year as they can. However, participation is flexible, with additional opportunities to engage through flash calls, working sessions, research access, and peer outreach as needed.
Topics are shaped directly by board and member priorities, and emerging challenges, including areas such as:
- AI and automation
- Workforce and talent strategy
- Organizational agility and leadership
- Culture transformation
- Policy and workplace shifts
All discussions are informed by i4cp research into high-performance organizations.
Yes. Boards are intentionally vendor-free to ensure confidential, unbiased, and candid peer discussion.
Members report ROI through:
- Faster, more confident decision-making
- Avoiding costly missteps or unnecessary consulting spend
- Access to peer-tested practices and practical tools
- Early insight into emerging trends
- A trusted network for real-time problem-solving
The value comes from combining credible research with real-world peer experience.
Members can participate in voluntary research advisory councils and contribute input to major initiatives like the annual Priorities & Predictions report—helping shape the focus and direction of i4cp research around the issues senior HR leaders care about most.
