We seek someone with 2-5 years of practitioner experience in HR or equivalent. Needs to have a passion for the people/culture elements of a business and a passion for research. Doesn’t have to have research experience, but must see the value in it and understand how to translate the data into meaningful insights and/or practical tools. The ideal candidate could come from an HR industry publication or consultancy, and/or someone who recently graduated from a grad school with emphasis on HR or Organizational Design & Development. The ability and interest to write is important.
Must be coachable and collaborative, as well as be adaptable as our team members work on multiple, simultaneous projects.

We seek someone who is comfortable presenting to large crowds of people and providing credible advice and guidance to senior HR leaders and CEOs at Fortune 500 organizations. This person has a strong consulting or practitioner background with an advanced degree (e.g. a Ph.D. in I/O psych; or a Master’s in HR Management or Business). They'd also have experience conducting research studies in HR.
While you don't need working knowledge of R or SPSS, or ability to run correlation analysis, but it’s a big bonus if you do.
Bottom line: you must be skilled at not only translating the data into actionable insights, but being able to understand the interdependencies among multiple data strings and/or across the various HR functions. Strong writing skills are required.
As a Membership Director you will lead the solution delivery for a group of members supporting their human capital initiatives. The Membership Director’s responsibilities focus on retention and expansion of our relationships and revenue by working with assigned members and their Senior HR Executives. The Membership Director is also expected to represent the member voice within i4cp. As a Membership Engagement Lead you will support the solution delivery for an assigned portfolio of member organizations. The Membership Engagement Lead’s responsibilities focus on project managing key aspects of the membership experience to drive awareness of opportunities for engagement within the network and its various resources. The Institute for Corporate Productivity is hiring a Senior Accountant to handle and oversee many general accounting functions within the company. The Senior Accountant performs financial accounting and fiscal duties under the direction of the company’s Controller and Chief Financial Officer.
