Needless to say, our people are central to everything we do. We have the best people in the industry and are constantly looking for others who fit that description. Are you one of them?

We'd love to hear from you.

We seek someone with 2-5 years of practitioner experience in HR or equivalent.  Needs to have a passion for the people/culture elements of a business and a passion for research.  Doesn’t have to have research experience, but must see the value in it and understand how to translate the data into meaningful insights and/or practical tools. The ideal candidate could come from an HR industry publication or consultancy, and/or someone who recently graduated from a grad school with emphasis on HR or Organizational Design & Development.  The ability and interest to write is important.

Must be coachable and collaborative, as well as be adaptable as our team members work on multiple, simultaneous projects.

We seek someone who is comfortable presenting to large crowds of people and providing credible advice and guidance to senior HR leaders and CEOs at Fortune 500 organizations. This person has a strong consulting or practitioner background with an advanced degree (e.g. a Ph.D. in I/O psych; or a Master’s in HR Management or Business). They'd also have experience conducting research studies in HR.

While you don't need working knowledge of R or SPSS, or ability to run correlation analysis, but it’s a big bonus if you do.

Bottom line: you must be skilled at not only translating the data into actionable insights, but being able to understand the interdependencies among multiple data strings and/or across the various HR functions.  Strong writing skills are required.
