Role
As a Director of Membership Operations, you will lead the delivery framework for our enterprise membership solutions. The Director of Membership Operations’ responsibilities focus driving consistent value across the member experience, understanding the profiles of the key stakeholders within our members and surfacing methods for improvement. The Director of Membership Operations works in partnership with teams across i4cp on things like New Member Engagement (Sales), Quarterly Executive Briefings (Research) and Member Benchmarking (multiple depts). This role reports to the VP of Member Services.
Impact You Will Drive as the Director of Membership Operations
There are three major pillars as the focus of this role:>
- Member Journey Map
- From onboarding to off-boarding of members, ensure a consistent process of engagement and sourcing of member details (HR structure, success criteria for membership, etc.)
- Grow active user and super users of member site
- Define clear accountabilities in collaboration with the Sales team on new member launches
- Member Health Scorecard
- Support the surfacing of at-risk accounts (Red Accounts) through consistent tracking and reporting
- Drive Engagement Lead / Pod process to ensure that timely details are surfaced, as well as corresponding action
- Member Listening Strategy
- Build a holistic view of member feedback and help team drive greater retention, engagement of key stakeholders, and scaled reach of our resources
- Produce regular data, insights, and recommendations on declines
- Member site
- Report patterns for NPS, insights and recommendations for action
- Report key trends on site engagement
- Identify and build workflows to create more super users
- Partner with Dev Team on prioritizing updates to member site
- Communities
- Incorporate exchange feedback to better attract member leads, tool sharing, and member development opportunities
- Surface member ROI stories for renew and new sales conversations
- Support the achievement of 85%+ renewal of member portfolio and actively increase membership value and revenue for i4cp
How You Will Lead at i4cp
- Collaborative – Work effectively with others, build strong relationships, and foster a collaborative culture within the organization
- Communicative – Exchange thoughts and ideas effectively (both written and verbal), with strong credibility, conciseness, and storytelling ability
- Project manage – Ability to design and advance projects through the critical stages while delivering on tasks (with a keen attention to detail) as well as facilitating input from stakeholders across the organization.
- Insight driven – Ability to convert data from multiple sources into usable insights and to create compelling stories for practitioner-ready resources
- Innovative, systems thinker – Ability to understand and prioritize investments of i4cp resources in advancements in process and solutions to improve the member experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of related experience with 7+ years leading teams or projects
- Excellent communicator verbally and in written formats; well-developed presentation skills
- Proven organizational, prioritization, and project management skills
- Capable of managing member activity, communications, and upsell opportunities in a structured and documented fashion
- Working knowledge of applications like Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (i.e. Salesforce.com)
- Desire to take the initiative in identifying, addressing, and resolving day-to-day issues and challenges
- Human capital experience working as a practitioner/consultant along with an interest in human resource research and emerging practices, preferred
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field

Compensation
- Base Salary: $90-110k based on qualifications and experience level
