Vice President, Demand Generation & Marketing Operations

The Vice President of Demand Generation will lead our demand creation and pipeline growth strategy. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, with responsibility for building and scaling a team that delivers measurable revenue impact.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B demand generation, preferably targeting CHRO or other HR Leadership roles, and knows how to build multi-channel campaigns that engage executives and convert interest into opportunity. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role.

  • Own and execute i4cp’s demand generation strategy across digital, content, events, and campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers, aligning efforts to sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Drive omni-channel campaigns (ABM, email, paid, social, events) that deliver qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Optimize lead management, marketing automation, and CRM processes for scale.
  • Partner with Sales, Research, and Product teams to align messaging and go-to-market programs.
  • Establish KPIs and continuously refine based on performance and ROI.
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years leading demand generation.
  • Track record of building and scaling marketing engines that directly drive pipeline.
  • Experience leading and owning the entire demand generation process from education to engagement to conversion while following a proven method.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, Account Based Marketing, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot). Salesforce.com experience required.
  • Leadership experience managing and growing marketing teams.
  • Experience targeting Chief Human Resource Officers and/or other HR Leadership roles strongly preferred.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with proven ability to deliver measurable impact.

CX/UX Designer

We are seeking a Customer Experience (CX) / User Experience (UX) Designer with strong B2B experience to help shape and elevate the customer experience of our members - HR decision makers at many of the world’s largest companies. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that the i4cp member portal and other digital touchpoints deliver intuitive, engaging, and value-driven interactions, and support and expedite the broader customer experience.

As i4cp’s first CX/UX Designer, you will lead the design function for our member portal, setting processes, defining design standards, and influencing strategy across the organization. You will collaborate across teams to understand member needs, translate insights into actionable design solutions, and continuously improve the usability and accessibility of our portal. Working closely with product, engineering, marketing, and member success teams, you will deliver impactful design solutions that drive engagement and value for our members.

This role reports directly to the VP of Digital Member Experience.

  • Lead the design and optimization of the i4cp member portal and related digital experiences.
  • Own the design function across the i4cp member portal experience including defining design standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Partner with product, research, and member success teams to understand member needs and translate them into intuitive design solutions.
  • Optimize lead management, marketing automation, and CRM processes for scale.
  • Partner with Sales, Research, and Product teams to align messaging and go-to-market programs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to communicate concepts and test ideas, and iterate toward optimal user experiences.
  • Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines while championing accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze member engagement metrics to inform design enhancements.
  • Stay current on CX/UX trends and best practices, applying them to elevate the i4cp member experience.
  • Work closely with the web development team to translate designs into workable requirements and help conduct QA as part of the development process.
  • Advocate for members across the organization and influence product and digital strategy through design insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 4 + years of professional experience in CX/UX design, preferably in a membership, SaaS, or digital services environment.
  • 3+ years of experience designing B2B digital experiences.
  • Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions.
  • Leadership experience managing and growing marketing teams.
  • Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Senior Director, Membership Development

Location: Remote

The i4cp Senior Director, Member Development is responsible for attracting new member organizations, typically Fortune 1000, to join the i4cp member network. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of overachievement in selling HR-based solutions to Fortune 1000 organizations and C-level executives. This individual will be comfortable interacting with CHROs and senior level HR buyer, and will be results-oriented, input-focused, entrepreneurial, and a team player.

  • Geographic territory management
  • Discover needs, architect and offer solutions that are in alignment with prospect’s business objectives
  • Create and manage sales opportunities with top prospects in territory
  • Exceed new business quarterly sales objectives ($500K quarterly)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of Fortune 1000 opportunities that support achievement of quota
  • Submit accurate new business forecasting on a weekly basis
  • Lead insightful conversations about salient business and human capital issues across all industries and particularly how i4cp’s High Performance Organization and Next Practice research supports and increases organizational effectiveness
  • Plan and execute annual territory strategy with supporting account and opportunity plans
  • Manage post sale strategic account relationships to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Enter and maintain data accurately through salesforce.com CRM
  • Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of i4cp’s complete value proposition across all services and solutions
  • Become an expert in i4cp research and offerings and serve as a go-to source for members and prospects who want more information concerning our solutions
  • Observe, understand and communicate current business and human capital management trends
