RoleThe i4cp Senior Director, Member Development is responsible for attracting new member organizations, typically Fortune 1000, to join the i4cp member network. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of overachievement in selling HR-based solutions to Fortune 1000 organizations and C-level executives. This individual will be comfortable interacting with CHROs and senior level HR buyer, and will be results-oriented, input-focused, entrepreneurial, and a team player.

RoleWe’re seeking a results-oriented B2B marketing growth specialist who excels in planning, managing, promoting, and delivering remarkable event experiences. In a crowded B2B landscape, the Marketing Growth Specialist will be instrumental in breaking through the noise to drive increased awareness and registration around all types of prospect events, including hosted in-person events, partner events, sponsored events, and an annual signature in-person conference which attracts 500+ senior HR professionals. The position involves complex project management, inspired content creation, inventive demand generation, and logistical expertise in support of high-impact events. The role is responsible for:
- Content Creation – Crafting compelling promotional descriptions, narratives, and materials for all event types, leveraging AI as appropriate to develop content that’s sure to resonate with our target market (HR executives at large organizations), driving increased event registration and engagement.
- Event Promotion – Managing all promotional aspects of company hosted events, including website landing pages, web forms, digital campaigns, social channel promotions, and deploying fresh demand generation treatments to drive qualified participant registration.
- Event Logistics – Partnering with sales and member services teams to support invite management via Salesforce campaigns and Outreach templates/sequences, and providing careful logistical support, including design of event materials, venue orchestration, signage, name tags, and gift bags.
- Project Management – Coordinating with various internal stakeholders (i.e. sales, marketing, community, and member services teams) and partners to ensure key dates and deliverables are met. This role will be particularly instrumental as it relates to our annual conference—a high-profile multi-day in-person event, involving world-renowned keynote speakers, which attracts a senior executive audience representing many of the most well-known international brands.
- Marketing Analytics – Monitoring, analyzing, reporting, and acting on data from systems and platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator as it relates to event and demand generation activity.
This is a creative role for someone who excels at both strategic and tactical event management who is an early adopter when it comes to technology and enjoys a fast-paced environment in which multiple projects must be simultaneously managed and where accountability and ability to collaborate are valued qualities. Key to this position is a metrics-oriented mindset with a keenness in continually testing content and fresh approaches to drive impact.
