The Vice President of Demand Generation will lead our demand creation and pipeline growth strategy. This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, with responsibility for building and scaling a team that delivers measurable revenue impact.

The ideal candidate has experience in B2B demand generation, preferably targeting CHRO or other HR Leadership roles, and knows how to build multi-channel campaigns that engage executives and convert interest into opportunity. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role.

  • Own and execute i4cp’s demand generation strategy across digital, content, events, and campaigns.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers, aligning efforts to sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Drive omni-channel campaigns (ABM, email, paid, social, events) that deliver qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Optimize lead management, marketing automation, and CRM processes for scale.
  • Partner with Sales, Research, and Product teams to align messaging and go-to-market programs.
  • Establish KPIs and continuously refine based on performance and ROI.
  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years leading demand generation.
  • Track record of building and scaling marketing engines that directly drive pipeline.
  • Experience leading and owning the entire demand generation process from education to engagement to conversion while following a proven method.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, Account Based Marketing, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot). Salesforce.com experience required.
  • Leadership experience managing and growing marketing teams.
  • Experience targeting Chief Human Resource Officers and/or other HR Leadership roles strongly preferred.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with proven ability to deliver measurable impact.

The Senior Director, Membership Development is a senior consultative growth leader responsible for expanding i4cp’s Fortune 1000 member community and driving long-term revenue growth. This role engages CHROs and senior HR executives as trusted advisors, positioning i4cp’s research, community, and insights as essential to enterprise workforce and business priorities.

This is not a transactional sales role. Success requires credibility with senior HR leaders and the ability to sell complex, insight-driven, and intangible offerings through consultative sales cycles, while operating with full ownership of territory strategy and outcomes.

This role owns a defined Southeast U.S. territory and requires proximity to key regional markets and executive member organizations.

Revenue Growth & New Member Acquisition
  • Own and exceed $2M+ annual new business targets, including new logo acquisition and member expansion
  • Build and execute an annual territory strategy that balances short-term revenue delivery with long-term pipeline health
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of Fortune 1000 opportunities aligned to quarterly and annual growth goals
Executive Advisory & Value Creation
  • Lead strategic discovery conversations with CHROs and senior HR leaders to uncover enterprise workforce challenges
  • Translate i4cp’s research, data, and insights into compelling, outcome-oriented value narratives tied to business priorities
  • Position i4cp as a trusted thought partner influencing decisions around talent, leadership, workforce strategy, and organizational effectiveness
  • Develop deep expertise in i4cp research and offerings and serve as a knowledgeable resource for members and prospects
Strategic Account Leadership
  • Serve as a long-term strategic partner to member organizations post-sale, uncovering expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Research, Events, Marketing, and Member Success teams to deliver a cohesive and differentiated member experience
Operating Excellence
  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline (Salesforce)
  • Leverage data, tools, and market intelligence to continuously refine territory and account strategies
  • Observe, synthesize, and communicate emerging business and human capital trends across industries
  • Accountable: Own outcomes end-to-end, from territory strategy through member growth and retention

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in revenue-carrying consultative sales or business development roles
  • Proven success exceeding quota (typically 110–130%+) while managing $1M–$3M+ annual targets
  • 5+ years selling to senior HR, Talent, or People leaders, including CHROs, in Fortune 1000 organizations
  • Demonstrated success selling complex, intangible B2B offerings such as research, advisory services, professional services, executive education, or membership-based solutions
  • Strong record of accomplishment navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with executive decision-makers
  • Compelling written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect insight to business outcomes

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join the i4cp Consulting practice. This role will report to the Principal Consultant on the i4cp Consulting Team.

You’ll help our clients turn data into action by designing and managing culture and workforce surveys, analyzing results, and guiding organizations through practical, evidence-based solutions.

Deliver Client Impact
  • Facilitate day-to-day delivery for consulting engagements focused on culture, workforce effectiveness, and HR operational excellence at the direction of the Principal Consultant
  • Partner directly with HR and business leaders to scope projects, define success measures, and deliver insights that drive change.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring exceptional quality, timeliness, and adherence to budget.
  • Translate research and survey data into strategic recommendations that inform real-world action.
Design and Analyze Surveys
  • Create and manage employee surveys, culture assessments, and pulse instruments that align with client objectives.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to uncover key insights and workforce trends.
  • Build compelling data visualizations and dashboards that tell a clear story and support executive decision-making.
  • Apply or experiment with AI-powered analytics, such as text mining, natural-language processing, or predictive modeling to elevate insights and efficiency.
Support Culture and HR Excellence
  • Advise clients on strengthening organizational culture, aligning people practices to strategy, and measuring progress over time.
  • Leverage i4cp’s proprietary frameworks, such as Culture Renovation®, to guide change and foster sustained performance improvement.

Collaborate and Contribute
