Engagement Manager – Advisory Services
Location: Remote

RoleAs Engagement manager – Advisory Services, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of internal and external team members and deliverables across multiple client engagements. This includes day-to-day client interaction, as well as the creation of relevant resources and materials (such as strategic plans, roadmaps, etc.), and work products (such as development of performance metrics, tracking dashboards, etc.) to successfully implement the client’s vision.
The work you'll do:
- Effectively coordinate and communicate across internal i4cp and client teams
- Build project plans, roadmaps, and drive projects to successful completion/outcomes
- Interact independently with clients to understand goals and objectives
- Support and manage the development of client deliverables
- Analyze and identify insights from client surveys, focus groups, and audits
- Utilize holistic thinking to support the completion of critical projects that affect the client culture, employee experience, and strategic execution

As an engagement manager, you will be a critical member of an elite team focused on helping our clients achieve their culture vision. Your role is essential to ensure that:
- Our projects achieve the client’s goals and objectives
- All project deliverables are of the highest quality
- Team members have the data and tools they need to complete their tasks on time and within budget
- Clients see us as their strategic partner of choice supporting the continued growth of Advisory Services
- Client Focused – Listen, understand, anticipate, and deliver on client needs
- Communicative – Explain complex concepts simply in both verbal and written form with conciseness and credibility.
- Project Manager – A keen attention to detail along with the ability to design and advance projects while incorporating input from stakeholders
- Insight Driven – Ability to convert data from multiple sources into insights
- Adaptive – Ability to change to suit changing conditions
- 4+ years of related experience
- Excellent communicator verbally and in written formats; well-developed presentation skills
- Proven project management skills
- Capable of managing client demands, communications, and opportunities in a structured and documented fashion
- Great at creating high quality client ready decks in PowerPoint along with strong capabilities in the use of Microsoft Office and project management and collaboration software
- Desire to take the initiative in identifying, addressing and resolving day to day issues and challenges
- Human capital culture consulting experience
- Bachelor's degree
