Retention, retention, retention + Upward Mobility
Coming off the heels of the i4cp Conference, this meeting we will discuss the DE&I takeaways from the i4cp Conference and in addition, take a look at the findings from i4cp's Talent Imperative survey.
Guiding Questions:
- What existing strategies look to create retention through HR processes? How effective are these?
- How do inclusion efforts affect retention? Who are those efforts targeting?
- Once you keep your talent, how do you help them move upwards within the organization?
i4cp's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Exchange will provide a secure venue for a wide range of peer practitioners to engage in thought-provoking and innovative discussions focused on best and next practices.
Co-facilitated by i4cp Member Leaders Julie Curtin, Global Head of Organizational Development, BorgWarner and Maurice Ward, Diversity & Inclusion Manager, PEMCO Mutual Insurance Company, the group will support D&I leaders to be a voice to executives, educate HRBPs to be allies and advocates, and develop supporting tools and playbooks to scale next practices.
