Talent attraction, development, and retention continue to top every HR leader’s list of challenges (and opportunities). Often, more meaningful DE&I outcomes can be achieved by looking at every element of the talent management process and asking: -What can be done better to ensure that the organization is actually living its stated inclusive and diverse values? What new talent management approaches and processes should we apply to ensure that a more diverse, highly engaged workforce can bring unique experiences and diverse backgrounds to fulfilling careers?
