We had a full and super interesting agenda for our meeting this month!
We started off with i4cp Senior Research Analyst Tom Stone sharing the results of our newest study: Accelerating Workforce Readiness where we heard some pretty shocking data about the state of organizations and how prepared they are for the future as well as key areas to focus on to ensure your organization is as prepared as it can be.
We then turned to an esteemed panel of stellar practitioners who discussed their respective organization’s approach to workforce readiness as well as other initiatives around performance and employee development. They not only shared their work but also took questions from the group as we all continue our journey into this space.
