Employee Well-Being Exchange: Choose Your Own Wellness Adventure

For the final Employee Well-being Exchange session of 2021, we planned our 2022 topic calendar. Based on responses to the Exchange 2022 Planning Survey and our discussions, we outlined the following agenda:

  • January - Hybrid Work - Radical Flexibility

  • March - Mental Health & Burnout – HR Burnout & Nudges/Tips

  • May - Culture – Embedding Well-being into our Corporate Culture/Mindset & Leadership Model

  • July - Healing at Work

  • September - Financial Well-being

  • November - Crisis Management 

A few planning questions we covered included:

  • What areas of holistic well-being do you want to see more research on?
  • How do you want to engage with your peers between meetings?
  • What guiding questions and speakers will help us focus our agenda topics?
  • How can we celebrate your wins?

Building on groundbreaking research by both i4cp and Rob Cross, the Employee Well-Being Exchange is a peer-driven community working group that explores the relational sources of well-being, how personal networks impact this, and the tools to support individual performance and well-being.
