Fostering team-level well-being can be challenging due to such factors as managing diverse individual needs, addressing conflicts and stressors, maintaining open communication, and balancing workload and expectations. At the same time, well-being leaders must consider external factors that include global events and shifting workplace landscapes. This meeting will explore what it takes for managers to create a healthy and productive team while handling other challenges.
Members are invited to share issues their teams are facing and the well-being strategies they use to navigate them.
- Examples of teams aligned to internal patterns of collaboration and sculpted high-quality connections
- Specific skills required of managers to lead teams in today’s distributed and hyper-connected world
- Talent practices, collaborative technologies, and positive cultural values that drive greater team performance and engagement
