We had a terrific meeting at Land O’ Lakes. Special thanks to our hosts Loren Heeringa and Sandy Brundage for their first-class and gracious hospitality, as well as board members Christy Pambianchi, Patrick Cimerola, and Lesa Litteral for their presentations on Agility and Innovation.

  • How Land O’Lakes has transformed its company and the Agricultural industry – Chris Policinski (CEO), Loren Heeringa (CHRO), and Teddy Bekele (VP of IT) shared how this F200 company has doubled in size and will double again in the next 5 years. Showcased its use of Analytics to deliver unprecedented insights that enables 200,000 farmers to grow more food with less money, seed, fertilizer, and water. And detailed what the company is doing to build its employment brand and talent pipeline, as well as raise the profile and interest in careers in the Ag industry.
