Reimagining Work & the Workforce

We reviewed two critical studies - “Reimagining Work and the Workforce” and “What to Communicate to your Board”.

Reimagining Work and the Workforce

What does it mean and what makes the greatest difference?  According to brand new i4cp research, only 30% of organizations have workforces—to a high extent—that currently have the skills necessary to advance the business’ strategy over the next 1-3 years.  But high-performance organizations are more than 2X more likely to indicate that.

John Boudreau and Kevin Martin lead an interactive discussion related to key findings from this new research. Scott Smith (DirectTV) will share perspective based on his experience enabling workforce readiness at AT&T.

What to Communicate to Your Board

Special guest Lisa Shalett, co-founder of Extraordinary Women on Boards – a network of hundreds of women who serve on public and private company boards – shared perspective and answered questions from the recently conducted joint research with Extraordinary Women on Boards and i4cp.

The research findings brief for this joint project, as well as a slide deck with usable charts and other assets is available here

This meeting is exclusively for members of the Chief Human Resources Officer Board. If you'd like to participate, please contact us to see if you qualify. If you are an i4cp member, please log in to access the registration/meeting details.
