Coronavirus: What Groups are Companies Making Special Considerations for as They Plan For a Return to the Workplace?

In a recent i4cp pulse survey, HR leaders at 306 organizations were asked what groups their companies were making special considerations for as part of return-to-workforce planning.

At 63%, employees with childcare responsibilities were the most commonly cited group, followed by employees with eldercare responsibilities (45%), and employees who never stopped working onsite, as they were deemed essential and did not have remote work options (42%).

The data was collected April 15 - 17, 2020.
