- Here is the link to the meeting recording, including the introduction by Cher Murphy, i4cp’s Chief Talent Officer and chair of i4cp’sTalent Acquisition Board (TAB). Cher introduced the topic of developing a compelling employer brand to be successful in attracting top talent in this very tight labor market.
- Charlotte Marshall, the Vice President, Digital/Social Media and Employer Brand at Magellan Health, talked about the work she and her team have done in developing an extremely compelling and successful employer brand. Charlotte’s presentation: Build a Better Employer Brand in 100 days.
- Kevin Martin discussed forthcoming and new research from i4cp – including a new study on Culture, which will be the focus of our October 2-3 meeting in Los Angeles. - Our October 2-3 In-person meeting at ICM Partners office in Los Angeles, hosted by Cindy Ballard. The meeting will start at noon on October 2nd and end at noon on October 3rd. The theme of this meeting will be “Culture”:
