He previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Avanade and Slalom Consulting, and spent more than a decade at Microsoft, where he rose to General Manager of Human Resources supporting large, complex global businesses. Dave served as a Senior Advisor and Former Chair of the Up Next program at i4cp. Today, he is the Founder of Frictionless By Design, advising CEOs, CHROs, and boards on leadership effectiveness, organizational design, and enterprise transformation.
