As the founder of Frictionless By Design, Dave Gartenberg helps Boards, CEOs and C-Suites reduce the headwinds they face on their growth journeys. He brings over 30 years of experience across a variety of industries, organization sizes, global readiness, and ownership structures.
In addition to his consulting/advisory work, Dave is a Senior Advisor to The Institute for Corporate Productivity where he chairs their future CHRO program Up Next, as well as their CHRO advisory practice CHRO Advance.
The last area of Dave’s professional focus is his deep investment of pro bono work in the non-profit world. Applying his private sector skills, he helps our wonderful non-profit organizations on their noble missions supporting our communities.
Dave has a BA in Economics and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Development from George Washington University.
