People Analytics Board November 2017 In-Person Meeting
The autumn i4cp People Analytics Board meeting was held on November 16 in St Louis, MO and was hosted by Buddy Benge/Monsanto. We spent the day learning about member practices while addressing some of your burning issues.
One burning issue of interest to people analytics leaders was how to engage HR business partners and business leaders with analytics. To address this issue, Michael Semo led a discussion on the topic.
In addition to the above, Jay Jamrog took us on a deeper dive into the i4cp People Profit Chain than he was able to during our last virtual session. To top off the day, Kevin Martin shared the results of our most recent human capital analytics study.
We ended the day with a brief business meeting to discuss our path moving forward. This was followed by a group dinner hosted by i4cp.
