COVID-19: Return-to-Work Strategies

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many organizations to make tough decisions to control costs and investments while also being incredibly creative to ensure the physical, mental, and financial well-being of the hundreds of millions of employees affected by this ongoing crisis. In the June meeting of the Total Rewards Leader Board, we:

• Formally introduced Ivor Solomon, head of Total Rewards at Genentech, as the new chair of the Board
• Explored COVID-19: Return-to-Work Strategies
• Discussed Total Rewards 2020 Priorities at the Halfway Point
• Talked about changes in HR organizations: shifting and/or resource redeployment
