Over the last few weeks, a number of you have begun networking/benchmarking on new approaches to career development and talent mobility. So our January 7 th virtual meeting will focus on that topic. Tom Stone will present the latest iteration of i4cp’s Talent Ecosystem model with emphasis on the Internal Talent Marketplace. One of our very newest members, Susie Long of Bridgestone, will share information with us about their talent brokerage program. At your request, we’ll hear about the Unilever Flex program, and Tom will also outline i4cp’s talent rotation program initiative.
