Prioritizing Continuous Learning

At Davos this year, Accenture CEO Julie Sweet got a lot of attention when she said that Accenture makes sure that every employee has a baseline of digital literacy that positions them to better embrace AI (and any new tech); further adding how the company prioritizes continuous learning.

"We ask one question to every person, regardless of whether you're a coder or you're a strategist or you're a doctor or you're working in HR. We ask one interview question to everyone. We say: what have you learned in the last six months?”

At our May meeting, Board member Angela Beatty dug into exactly how Accenture makes good on these two pillars of the company strategy.  We also took time to explore how other members are approaching the same challenges.
