CORONAVIRUS: ARE COMPANIES PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR EMPLOYEES WORKING FROM HOME WHILE CARING FOR CHILDREN?

COVID-19 has forced thousands of school closures, and many employees find themselves working from home while also tending to childcare and/or homeschooling responsibilities. A recent i4cp pulse survey of 56 total rewards leaders finds 75% of respondents saying their organizations are providing specific support and resources to help employees balance these responsibilities.
