Amway continues with pay increases, promotions, and recognition as per earlier plans

Despite tough times related to the coronavirus pandemic, Amway employees received salary increases effective April 1, 2020. The company has also constituted a COVID-19 crisis committee comprising select members of the leadership team. The committee is responsible for charting out and guiding crisis strategy for employees. The company has rolled out virtual engagement programs, external webinars on a variety of topics to learn new skills, and introduced employee “Mediclaim” plans that will cover treatment costs arising on account of COVID-19.
