Tom Rath and Google, Intel Executives Join Growing List of Speakers for 2020 Conference

Google Executive, TEDx speaker, two-time author and recording artist, Gopi Kallayil is a truly well-rounded individual. As Chief Evangelist at Google, Kallayil has spent the last 13 years working with Google sales teams to advance customer brands through digital marketing and leading marketing teams for Google’s advertising products, AdWords & AdSense. His two books, “The Happy Human” and “The Internet to the Inner-net” both call on stories from Kallayil’s personal and high-tech work life to explore his idea of finding happiness and mindfulness in a hectic, high-tech world. Kallayil’s presentation will outline the nine organizing principles and culture elements that drive Google’s fast pace of innovation.

Ryan Smith, Vice President of Global Business HR, Intel Corporation
Ryan Smith is a senior HR executive with over 20 years of experience in global leadership. Prior to joining Intel Corporation in September 2018, Smith spent 18 years at GE Innovations where he served as the Head of Global HR, overseeing three GE business units. Smith excels in the areas of talent acquisition strategies, organizational design and executive development. At the conference, he will discuss the importance of HR Business Partners and how he is reorienting Intel’s HRBPs to meet new demands.
