Jon Ruppel is the Vice President, Global Human Resources Business Operations, at 3M Company located in St. Paul, MN. He has held a succession of human resources leadership positions during his 19 year career at 3M. During this time, he has had the opportunity to lead HR in several of 3M's manufacturing plants, divisions, business sectors, Global Compensation, Executive Compensation, and International Business Operations. Currently, Jon leads Global Human Resources Business Operations, developing and executing global HR strategies for operations in more than 70 countries with 90,000 employees and 32 billion in revenue.
