As senior vice president, Mary Kate will be responsible for member satisfaction and loyalty, building new, scalable member programs that enhance the value of membership by helping members improve their business and growing the member services team to accommodate increased demand. She will also be tasked with enterprise member strategy and working with organizations in the i4cp network to determine how i4cp can best support company-wide strategies that ultimately determine their human capital initiatives.

Mary Kate most recently served as executive vice president of Alere Wellbeing (formerly Free & Clear), where she led both client services and service delivery. She built the client services team that managed more than 600 clients in three distinct client segments including employers, state governments and health plans. As part of the senior management team, she actively participated in the selling of Free & Clear to Alere.
Mary Kate will be based at i4cp's headquarters in Seattle, Washington.
