Qualcomm's Tamar Elkeles Named CLO of the Year

i4cp congratulates Tamar Elkeles, vice president of Qualcomm Learning Center, for earning the title of 2010 CLO of the Year at the Fall 2010 Chief Learning Officer Symposium. The prestigious award was presented at this week's conference and spotlights Tamar's work in developing the Qualcomm Learning Center into a pinnacle of innovation and development.

Qualcomm, a Fortune 50 company and an i4cp member, is widely seen as a leader and proponent of innovation. To realize results, Tamar worked closely with the company's executives to establish a business-driven leadership development program, define the leadership brand and make the Learning Center a hub for knowledge and information.

Qualcomm also won i4cp's Productivity Pioneer Award in 2009 (note: link is member-only).
