Natalie over at ChangeBoard.com has posted the July 9, 2008 edition of the HR Carnival, which features some great posts on a variety of topics. After much debate as to whether the HR Carnival should be themed each round, this latest version does have a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) focus, though there are plenty of general posts as well (like i4cp's on employee productivity).
