Jacqui Robertson

Chair, Chief Diversity Office Board

Jacqui Robertson is global head of talent, diversity and inclusion at William Blair. She also chairs i4cp’s Chief Diversity Office Board, having been a member of the forward-looking group since its inception. Throughout her 25-year international career, primarily in financial services, Ms. Robertson has held senior roles at ING, Aetna Financial Services, Cigna, Grainger and is now with William Blair – impacting business performance through people and increasing diversity and inclusion across each organization. A University of Chicago alum, Ms. Robertson graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She was recognized as one of the nation's most powerful and influential women 2006-2007 by Women Looking Ahead magazine. Having lived and worked in the Netherlands during her time with ING, Ms. Robertson brings a truly global perspective to her thinking around diversity and inclusion and is regularly asked to be a keynote speaker in Europe and the United States. Ms. Robertson has also served on a number of boards – from the Institute for Corporate Productivity to the Executive's Club of Chicago, as well as supporting the development of global black leaders through the Executive Leadership Council. Her latest board role involves supporting the award winning diverse orchestra, Chicago Sinfonietta.
