Director of Strategy Enablement
Emma Zagar is a Director of Strategy Enablement at i4cp overseeing internal team support strategy, process optimization and team development. Using data to identify areas of opportunity, Emma works closely across departments to drive organizational alignment and long-term efficiency. Combining a people-centric and results-focused approach to her work, Emma utilizes collaboration and feedback against data and measurable outcomes to inform business goals.
Additionally, Emma serves as the People & Culture Insights Project Manager at i4cp working closely with Patrick Murray, Vice President of People & Culture Insights. In this role, she is responsible for full cycle project management, driving adherence to timelines and deliverables while ensuring clear communication and understanding across all project stakeholders. Emma has been heavily involved in HR Business Partner assessments and exit survey work, supporting several organizations focused on employee upskilling and listening strategies.
Prior to joining the i4cp team, Emma worked in the non-profit sector focusing on fundraising, program development and board stewardship for Best Buddies International, an organization that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Currently based in Chicago, Illinois, Emma is an active member of the arts community and enjoys attending live dance and theatre whenever she can.
