We continued your cohort journey with our session on HR Strategy and Organizational Design. 

Your presenter for this session was Dave Gartenberg of Avanade. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Dave Gartenberg was responsible for the strategic direction of all aspects of Avanade’s people, organization, and culture. Dave recently moved full time into leading the Office of the CEO’s Transformation Office where he is helping guide the company’s end to end evolution. 

Dave generously recruited Tim Knezevich to join as co-presenter. Tim also comes to us from Avanade where he serves as Executive of Global Talent & Rewards. 

Our Get Real speaker series continued with Kalen Holmes, who served as Executive Vice President of Partner Resources at Starbucks Corporation from November 2009 to February 2013.
