that i4cp is introducing Imperative peer coaching to support our member community next year. Ahead of our enterprise-wide launch, we’re conducting a pilot with our Exchange community starting next month. If you’re interested in connecting with a peer at another organization and exploring your purpose and growth together with no prep-work needed, then keep reading!
Whether you’re looking to discover, define, reinvigorate, or share your purpose, our hope is to empower our members to make your work fulfilling so that you can realize your full potential individually and within the team – so you can do your best for your people. We feel strongly that cross-organization networking can elevate your perspective, spark creativity, and solve tricky career roadblocks. Plus, our research on well-being and resilience indicates that connection and fulfillment are more important than ever before as we face another period of uncertainty and transition.
How it works
Imperative’s peer coaching process begins with a Purpose Profile. This 10-min online assessment generates insights for you about your intrinsic motivation and what brings you purpose, and also helps personalize the experience.
Then you will be matched with a peer coach for five conversations over the next 3 months. These 50-minute video-based conversations take place on the Imperative platform with structured questions to guide your journey and ensure success. No preparation needed! Starting August 3, participants should expect to have a conversation every 2 weeks with a peer.
How can you join in?
To claim your seat, take the Purpose Assessment here – it should take 5-10 minutes to complete and will inform your peer coach match and your future conversations. NOTE: You will have until July 30 to complete your PURPOSE PROFILE.
Then plan to join our kickoff call on August 3. Participation in this meeting is required as you will be completing your first peer coaching conversation during this kick-off, no preparation on your part is needed!
This meeting is exclusively for members of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Exchange, Employee Experience Exchange, Employee Well-Being Exchange, Executive Development Exchange, Performance Management Exchange, Workforce Planning Exchange.
