Coronavirus: Will Employers Reconsider The Scope of Flexible Work Arrangements and Remote Work Options After the Pandemic Ends?

With the coronavirus pandemic leading employers everywhere to greatly expand flexible work arrangements and remote work opportunities, we asked 48 total rewards leaders whether their organization figures to reevaluate the extent of the flexible work options they’re offering once the pandemic is over. A clear majority, 65%, said yes, their organizations will do so.
