A recent i4cp pulse survey asked HR leaders at companies with 1,000 or
more employees about the types of return-to-workplace options their
organizations are considering for employees who have childcare and/or eldercare
Among the 306 respondents, 92% said their companies are allowing these
employees to continue to work from home where possible, with the same
percentage saying their organizations are allowing for flexible work schedules
where possible, i.e., the ability to adjust days and hours.
