CORONAVIRUS: HAS COVID-19 LED ORGANIZATIONS TO CHANGE THEIR SUCCESSION PLANNING/MANAGEMENT PROCESSES?
A recent i4cp pulse survey asked learning and development leaders to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their organizations’ succession planning/management process.
Overall, 40% of the 137 respondents said their companies are continuing with their succession planning/management process by holding virtual meetings. In addition, 33% said their organizations are rescheduling or delaying talent reviews or other meetings/steps in their succession planning/management process.
The data was collected April 10 - 15, 2020.
