A recent i4cp pulse survey asked learning and development leaders to
assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their organizations’ succession
Overall, 40% of the 137 respondents said their companies are continuing
with their succession planning/management process by holding virtual meetings.
In addition, 33% said their organizations are rescheduling or delaying talent
reviews or other meetings/steps in their succession planning/management
