Organizations Preparing to Reallocate Employees More than Furloughs, Layoffs

Nearly half (45%) said their organizations are planning to redeploy or reallocate existing employees, with 39% preparing for furloughs and 35% for layoffs. A quarter say their organizations are preparing for reductions in force.

These numbers aren’t exclusive—many organizations are likely looking at a combination of these approaches to weather the economic impact of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.
