The COVID-19 coronavirus has put a strain on all types of business processes and procedures, especially ones that require in-person activities such as drug testing. We conducted a pulse survey of talent acquisition leaders to see whether background checks, drug testing, and other pre-employment contingency requirements have changed as a result of social distancing and governmental policies.
