The COVID-19 coronavirus is leading to an explosion of organizations expanding the job roles that are working remotely. This puts sudden pressure on managers and leaders to guide virtual teams effectively.
Fortunately, the existence of remote work and virtual teams is not new, and an i4cp study revealed best practices and next practices in virtual leadership. i4cp Senior Research Analyst Tom Stone will use these findings, along with some other virtual team best practices, to facilitate discussion on this important and timely topic.
