Role

As a Membership Engagement Lead you will support the solution delivery for an assigned portfolio of member organizations. The Membership Engagement Lead’s responsibilities focus on project managing key aspects of the membership experience to drive awareness of opportunities for engagement within the network and its various resources. The Membership Engagement Lead also works in partnership with Membership Directors on executing Member Action Plans for targeted organizations. This is a remote role that reports to the VP of Member Services.  

Impact you will drive as the Membership Engagement Lead 

  • Support retention
    • Support the achievement 85%+ renewal of member portfolio and actively increase membership value and revenue for i4cp
    • Schedule and host quarterly meetings with targeted members
    • Drive member health strategy discussions across team
  • Drive engagement
    • Lead the delivery of Member Action Plans created for each member with Membership Director
    • Identify and maintain contact records on Member’s HR Leadership Team and Key Roles within assigned members
    • Document, review and report on key actions with members relating to the Member Health Scorecard
    • Collaborate with field sales on new account transitions
    • Initiate and provide management in the development of key processes to support scaling and best practices within account management
  • Create efficiencies
    • Build and execute outreach campaigns for targeted for HR functions
    • Find ways to help scale and bring efficiency to current practices

  • Communicative – Exchange thoughts and ideas effectively (both written and verbal), with strong credibility, conciseness, and storytelling ability 
  • Attentive to detail – Thoroughness in accomplishing a task through concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Proven organizational, prioritization and project management skills
  • Excellent communicator verbally and in written formats; well-developed presentation skills
  • Capable of managing member activity, communications, and upsell opportunities in a structured and documented fashion
  • Working knowledge of applications like Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (i.e. Salesforce.com)
  • Desire to take the initiative in identifying, addressing, and resolving day to day issues and challenges
  • 1 - 3 years human capital experience working as a practitioner/consultant along with an interest in human resource research and emerging practices
