A pre-conference "workshop" on aligning HR to the business . This all-day forum (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MST) is complimentary to i4cp Exchange members, and extremely limited seats are available to everyone else.

In this interactive pre-conference working session, you will learn how to better prepare and transition HR to meet future business and talent needs using cutting-edge i4cp research and the shared insights, tools, and tactics of high-performance organizations.
For i4cp Exchange members who attended the i4cp 2016 Fall Forum in Denver, this session will build on outcomes from that meeting. For everyone else, this is a rare opportunity to attend an Exchange Forum—typically exclusive to Exchange members—and collaborate with your peers in a workshop-based setting.
