Who should attend i4cp's Next Practices Now Conference?

This conference is designed for CHROs and other senior HR, talent, learning, and diversity decision-makers across all industries. It’s also valuable for early-career HR professionals and business leaders outside HR looking to gain new insights.

Why can't vendors or consultants attend?

Our strict practitioner-only policy maintains a collaborative environment where attendees can openly discuss business challenges without the influence of vendors. This vendor-free approach is consistently cited as a favorite aspect of the conference by attendees.

What is the check-in process?

Upon arrival, proceed to the Princess Ballroom for name badge pickup and attendee materials. Check-in opens at 7:30am on Monday, March 3, 2025, and closes at 7pm that day. Check-in reopens Tuesday morning at 7:30am.

Can my team members or I receive HRCI or SHRM credits for attending?

Yes, i4cp is proudly recognized by SHRM and HRCI to offer recertification credit hours for all attendees. The conference will qualify for approximately 14 – 18 HRCI and SHRM credits. During the event, please visit the i4cp Conference app and virtual event platform for the respective program IDs.

Are group rates available?

Yes, group rates are available for in-person teams of 3+ individuals. Contact our team to explore options for your team. 

What is the cancellation policy?

If you are unable to attend the conference, you're entitled to a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after December 31, 2024, for the in-person event will not be refunded, as we'll have solidified our commitment to the hotel by this date. You are always welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague. Please contact our event team if you need assistance.

I'm an i4cp member but can't attend the conference. Am I able to watch the recordings?

Out of respect for those who attend, session recordings will be available exclusively to attendees for at least 60 days post-event. After that time, many of the recordings will be made available to i4cp members through the member website.

Where does the conference take place?

The conference will be held from March 3-6, 2025, at the Fairmont Scottsdale. The Fairmont is at 7575 E Princess Dr, Scottsdale, AZ 85255.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is business casual. Expect warm/hot temperatures for outdoor events and cooler temperatures indoors, so dress accordingly.

What is the check-in process?

Upon arrival, proceed to the Princess Ballroom for name badge pickup and attendee materials. Check-in opens at 7:30am on Monday, March 3, and closes at 7pm that day in the Princess Ballroom Foyer. Check-in reopens Tuesday morning at 7:30am.

How do I download the conference app?

We encourage you to download the official i4cp Conference app to access the agenda, hotel map, digital resources, and the attendee list. The conference app will become available a month before the conference begins.

I’m attending in-person but need to watch some sessions virtually. How do I do that?

All virtual sessions are accessible via the conference app. If you want to watch the sessions from your computer, you can also access the app via your browser. Please refer to the Virtual Conference FAQs below for further detail.

What does the in-person 2025 conference fee include?

Your in-person pass includes access to all general sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and evening social events. You'll also receive on-demand recordings for 60 days and access to a library of digital resources.

Hotel reservations are made separately and not included with the conference fee.

How do I watch the recordings?

Recordings will be made available the week after the conference, if not sooner. Recordings will remain exclusively available to conference attendees for 60 days.

You can log into the same Cvent Events platform you accessed when the event was happening live. Remember, you'll need to enter your name and the email address used during registration to connect. If you then don't receive the verification code, check your junk folder.

FAQs for Virtual Attendees


What do I receive as a virtual attendee?

If you're unable to attend in person, the virtual conference is a great way to learn from our speakers and meet other virtual attendees. As a virtual attendee, you'll be able to access:

  • The live feed of most conference sessions (a couple highly interactive sessions require in-person attendance).
  • A library of digital resources
  • On-demand recordings for 60 days
  • The ability to connect with other attendees via the conference app

How do I access the virtual conference platform?

Log in early to avoid any day-of technical issues and set up your profile.

  • Log into Cvent Events, our conference platform (you won’t be able to login until a month before the conference begins)
  • Complete the login process with a two-factor verification code.
  • Check your junk folder if you don’t receive the email within a few minutes.
  • You can also download the i4cp Conference app in the App Store or Google Play.

Additional details will be sent to all conference registrants before the conference.

How do I watch the live sessions?

Each day will be hosted on a continuous Zoom feed for easy viewing. You’ll find the link on the home screen and in the agenda, labeled "Virtual sessions."
