Performance Management (Gift) Exchange

In December's meeting, the Performance Management Exchange be sharing data from our two recent studies (Exploring the Business Case for Hybrid Work and Virtual Classroom Training).

The theme of this meeting is ‘a holiday gift exchange!

Specifically,  our gift to you will be the sharing some not-yet-released findings from our 2 most recent studies: Exploring the Business Case for Hybrid Work and Virtual Classroom Training. This will most definitely be a sneak peek into the data around two very relevant topics.

Your gift to other Exchange members: We request that you come prepared to share something your organization has been working on or is planning to implement in 2022 with respect to your performance processes or practices. It doesn’t need to be flashy or cool – it doesn’t need to be done – it just needs to be focused on performance management in some way!

A bonus gift would be if you’re able to share a tool or resource with the rest of the Exchange. If you do have a tool or resource, feel free to email it to me in advance so I can incorporate it into one slide deck (if that would be helpful).

Come Prepared: Please come ready to share the following:

  • What are your biggest performance management challenges and opportunities?
  • What have you implemented in 2021 (or what do you plan to implement in 2022) to continue to strengthen your organization’s approach to performance management?
  • What are the most important topics for us to consider covering in 2022?

The Performance Management Exchange focuses on discussing the valuable ways that talent and reward leaders are making this possible through:

  • simplified, nimble approaches to setting priorities and accountabilities
  • purposeful ways that people and teams should collaborate
  • principles of safe and engaging feedback
  • recognition and reward of exemplary performance
  • career tracks and interesting projects / growth opportunities

This meeting is exclusively for members of the Performance Management Exchange. If you'd like to participate, please contact us to see if you qualify. If you are an i4cp member, please log in to access the registration/meeting details.
