Managing in turbulent times
The plans, curricula, budgets and even the metrics we previously used to help focus the development of our current and future leaders are all being re-evaluated. For many, the objectives and formatting of the new plan is still unclear, and some even question whether it is relevant for the balance of the year and worry about how to budget for the unknown in the new year.
