Developing ERG Leaders to Drive Inclusive Culture - Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Exchange
This year, HR leaders have said they are spearheading efforts to maintain DE&I as a priority and deepen the level of buy-in throughout their organizations. Structural changes are one way this is being done, with some citing expansion in employee resource group (ERG/BRG) offerings with a more strategic focus. We also know that high-performance organizations are 3x more likely to offer specialized training to ERG leaders in market, business, and/or product development, and in customer/public relations (low-performance organizations are 2x as likely to provide no training to ERG leaders).
DE&I Exchange members are invited to a member-led call to discuss how to best develop ERG/BRG leaders to drive talent and organizational outcomes.
