Driving Representation Goals with DEIB Metrics
At this meeting, the board discussed driving representation goals with DE&I metrics and AI use cases for DE&I with R.J. Milnor, i4cp People Analytics Board Chair and current CHRO at Valuetainment.
We also discussed SHRMs decision to change their DE&I framework to Inclusion and Diversity – notably moving the equity aspect under the inclusion framework (SHRM LN Announcement).
The Chief Diversity Officer Board is reserved exclusively for the senior-most diversity executive in organizations. It is designed to serve as a true Board of Directors for the function and ensure its members are in the driver seat of organizational innovation.
