  • The Team Network Effect – i4cp Sr. Research Analyst Katheryn Brekken reviewed i4cp’s latest research on what makes for high-performing teams, including:
    • The implications on leadership (e.g., skills) and what matters most to establishing trust within a team.
    • The relational aspects between successful and unsuccessful teams. 
  • Training Front-line Staff at Target - Board member, Kiera Fernandez, providef an overview of the training program at Target.
