Future-Ready Leadership Development - Leadership Development Exchange

A recent i4cp custom research project provided a "current state" snapshot of leadership development—but also revealed some gaps between today's practices and what’s needed to create future-ready leaders: agile, culturally adept, AI-ready, and effective in distributed, networked environments.

This study involved leadership development executives from 40 large organizations combined with interviews with eight senior practitioners. Tom Stone, a Sr. Research Analyst at i4cp who led this study, will share some of the findings and engage the Leadership Development Exchange in discussion of the insights in the report.
