A chapter of the "The Politics of Well-being" series by Annie Austin, addresses the question, "Equality of What?" After considering resources, opportunities and preference satisfaction as answers to this question, it proposes that well-being is the appropriate "currency of justice". In this session, we will examine this question from the perspective of an employer and we can support an equity of well-being across all employees.
