Beyond Collaboration Overload

Effective collaboration is critical to personal performance and well-being in today’s hyper-connected world of work. But most organizations have flooded employees with indiscriminate demands to collaborate – consuming 85% or more time each week in collaborative work. The dilemma is that we all need to collaborate more to create effective organizations and vibrant careers for ourselves. But conventional wisdom on teamwork and collaboration has created too much of the wrong kind of collaboration, which hurts our performance, health and overall well-being.

Following the launch of Rob Cross's latest book, Beyond Collaboration Overload, the Employee Well-being Exchange took a close look at how successful people – those that are top performers and thriving in their work – collaborate in a more purposeful fashion that makes them 18-24% more efficient than their peers.

Members were among the first to expereince the digital actvity to identify strenths and opportunties to improve collaboration and support their well-being.

This meeting is exclusively for members of the Employee Well-Being Exchange. If you'd like to participate, please contact us to see if you qualify. If you are an i4cp member, please log in to access the registration/meeting details.
