EEE 2 22 hero

2022 Priorities

We were excited to kick off 2022 with our first meeting focusing on 2022 Priorities.

  • i4cp Research Highlight – 2022 Priorities & Predictions on Employee Experience
  • Reviewing wins and determining our focus for the year ahead: What was your biggest accomplishment in employee experience in 2021? What is your team prioritizing in 2022?
  • What’s in store for the Employee Experience Exchange in 2022? Help us set the agenda.

We started by having our Research Lead, Lorrie Lykins, share some research highlights of 2022 priorities and predictions on Employee Experience to prime the pump for our discussion. We then went into small groups to discuss two separate questions:  1. A look back at 2021 – what was your biggest accomplishment/win in the space of EE at your organization? & 2: What’s your organization’s biggest priority/opportunity for EE in 2022? We finished up the meeting with a conversation around the topics that we’re considering to explore in 2022.

i4cp’s Employee Experience Exchange is a peer-driven working group that explores how to design, operationalize, and scale the moments, attitudes, and behaviors that shape a satisfying employee experience.  The group, consisting of dozens of major employers, seeks to dissect the complex challenges organizations face when developing a comprehensive employee experience strategy—by connecting peers, sharing successes (and failures), and examining the latest research on the topic.

This meeting is exclusively for members of the Employee Experience Exchange. If you'd like to participate, please contact us to see if you qualify. If you are an i4cp member, please log in to access the registration/meeting details.
