HR is terrific at handling sexual harassment complaints—according to men who work in HR. Outside HR, and among women? Not so much.
We conducted a survey on sexual harassment in the workplace and found—unsurprisingly—some stark differences in responses between people within HR and outside HR, and even more notably between men and women. This infographic sums up HR’s perception problem quite well:
