Infographic: Are Organizations Effective at Providing Sexual Harassment Training?

We asked 335 business professionals about various aspects of dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace. One question we posed: is your organization effective at providing training on preventing sexual harassment?

Over 70% of survey respondents reported that training on preventing sexual harassment is mandatory in their organizations, but just under half (49%) said that such training is provided effectively to a high or very high extent.

However, once the responses are broken down by sex and function, some interesting gaps emerge:
