What's Next for Performance Management
In the August Performance Management Exchange meeting, we started off by reviewing the findings of the What’s Next for Performance Management Pulse Survey where we discussed not only the findings to the survey but how it ties to other recently released i4cp research (as well as upcoming releases). Highlights include:
Research recommendations: 1. Focus your performance management processes on forward-looking development 2. Spend less time addressing things like type of rating scale and spend more time of creating a culture of performance feedback 3. Consider discontinuing the use of stacked rankings 4.
