We had three outstanding discussions in which members shared issues, concerns, and best practices. One was based on a first look at i4cp research on AI in HR. The second was an in-depth look at the not even yet released study of Talent Development Technology. And the third followed a presentation by our hosts and BNSF about their coaching and mentoring programs that the group agreed are unparalleled in our collective experience. (And the command center, the cattle drive, and the dinner were pretty remarkable, too.)
