i4cp Chief Learning & Talent Officer Board: In-Person Meeting

On March 27 we gathered together in Scottsdale, AZ for group discussions on issues the Board identified as top of mind, including High Impact Leadership, Creating a Culture of Learning and Building Connection and Community in a Remote/Hybrid Workplace.  We welcomed guest speaker, Linda Jingfang Cai, Global Head of Learning & Talent Development at LinkedIn, who presented on the Next Frontier of Talent Mobility.  We rounded out the day with a panel discussion on Lessons Learned from Moving from a Large to a much Smaller Organization.
